  • What shipping company are used to ship?
    Depanding on location the package is going to, we would be using the following shipping services UPS FEDEX USPS An email with the tracking number will be sent as soon as your package ships.

    You can track your order from your shippingl confermation email. We send an email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.
  • Why was my order canceled?
    Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situation come up where cancellation is the bestoption to save you time and money. The most common reason an order might be canceled are: * Limits on available quantities * The item is out of stock * Price or other listing errors * Unavailable carrier or shipping method You will receive an email if any part of your order is canceled or we need additional information to process your order.
